What are Lasting Legacy Awards?

Lasting Legacy Awards are unique, personalised trophies and plaques that go beyond the ordinary. Each award is designed with a built-in QR code that links to a special video or photo memory — allowing you to relive those unforgettable sporting moments simply by scanning the award.

How does the QR code work?

When you order, you’ll be able to upload a short video or photos (or a few clips for a compilation award). We’ll host your memory securely on our private YouTube channel. Simply scan the QR code with any smartphone camera and the video plays instantly — no apps or logins required.

Can I personalise the award?

Yes! Every award can feature:

• A photo of the player
• Their name and/or team name
• Match or season details (e.g., date, scoreline, tournament name)
  

This makes each piece completely one-of-a-kind.

What types of awards can I order?

We currently offer:

• Individual Match Award – Capture one stand-out game with clips, photos, and score details.
  
• Season Recap Award – A 2–3 minute highlight reel of the season, set to music with team and season details included.
  
• Player of the Match / Goal / Save Awards – Celebrate those big achievements with an award that comes alive when scanned.
  

How long will my video be?

• Single Moment Awards – 10–30 seconds, depending on the clip provided.
  
• Individual Match Awards – Around 1–2 minutes.
  
• Season Recap Awards – 2–3 minutes with music and highlights.
  

Is the video secure?

Yes. Videos are hosted privately on YouTube and are only accessible via the unique QR code embedded into your award.

How fast can I get my award?

Depending on how busy we are, you could have your award in as little as 3 days. For most orders, please allow 7–10 days — especially for larger team or bulk orders.

Can I order for a whole team?

Yes! We offer bulk discounts for teams, clubs, and schools. Team orders may take a little longer, so we recommend allowing the full 7–10 days for delivery.

What if I don’t have a video?

No problem. You can still personalise your award with a photo, name, and details — the QR code will host an image slideshow instead of video.

Do you only do football awards?

Not at all! While they’re popular in grassroots football, Lasting Legacy Awards can be created for any sport — rugby, netball, hockey, cricket, basketball, and more.
