What is included in the £20 per month subscription?

The monthly subscription includes:

- Weekly Matchday graphics (4–5 per month, updated each week)

- Player of the Month graphic, updated monthly

- Ongoing updates to fixtures, opponents, dates and imagery

- Graphics supplied ready to post on Facebook and Instagram

This is an ongoing design service, not a one-off pack.

What does the £20 setup fee cover?

The one-off setup fee covers the initial design work required to set your club up properly.

This includes:

- Player of the Match graphics for every current player

-Creation of 5 core club-branded templates:

1. Matchday

2.Training

3. Postponement

4. Player of the Month

5. Club Message

These designs are created once and then reused throughout the season, keeping everything consistent and professional.

Why is there a setup fee?

The setup fee covers the time needed to:

- Brand your designs to your club

- Create individual Player of the Match graphics for your full squad

- Build a system so you don’t need to request designs every weekend

It ensures everything is ready from day one.

Do we have to pay £40 upfront?

On sign-up, clubs pay:

- £20 one-off setup fee

- £20 for the first month

After that, it’s £20 per month ongoing.

Is there a minimum contract?

No.
There are no long-term contracts.

The subscription runs monthly and can be cancelled at any time.

Can we cancel at any time?

Yes.
You can cancel your subscription whenever you like via your Shopify customer account.

Do you post to our social media accounts?

No — this package covers graphic creation only.

We create the graphics and supply them to you ready to post.
Posting and account management remain with the club.

Can we choose our design style?

Yes.

Clubs can choose from 4–5 professionally designed templates, all of which can be adapted to your club colours and branding.

Once chosen, that style is used consistently across your graphics.

Can the colours be changed to match our club?

Yes — all designs are customised to your club colours, badge and branding.

What if we sign a new player?

New Player of the Match graphics can be added at any time for £3 per player.

This applies to:

- New signings

- Late registrations

- Squad changes during the season

What sports do you support?

This service is suitable for:

Football, Rugby, Boxing, Cricket And other grassroots sports

How quickly are graphics updated?

Matchday graphics are updated weekly once fixtures are provided.

Player of the Month graphics are updated monthly.

Turnaround times may vary slightly during busy periods, but clubs are always kept informed.

Are the graphics reusable?

Yes.

All supplied graphics can be reused by the club for their own social media channels while subscribed.

Can we request extra graphics?

Yes — additional or bespoke graphics can be discussed separately and may be subject to an additional cost, depending on the request.
